As contas do ex-vereador poaense Diogo Pernoca referentes ao exerc\u00edcio de 2021, quando foi presidente da C\u00e2mara, foram novamente consideradas irregulares pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.
Em 2 de abril deste ano, o Tribunal de Contas havia rejeitado as contas, alegando gasto excessivo com combust\u00edveis e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de itens sem justificativa. O Tribunal considerou falha grave a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta por dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa Salmeron Inform\u00e1tica com a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos para os quais j\u00e1 havia estoque em almoxarifado, sem apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de justificativa. Tamb\u00e9m houve o fracionamento da compra para alegar a dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros ind\u00edcios de irregularidades.
